A 2-hour training which will help existing and new members focus on moving up the success curve, build relationships, set goals and make the best of their membership.

New member will get a 4-minute launch pad in their chapter after this workshop.

Members join BNI for different reasons, but did you know they are more likely to stay when there is a strong chapter culture?  

Each of these weekly sessions are 10mins long and include a leaders top retention tip 3-5mins, followed by a short Q&A afterwards. Please note only the retention tip is recorded.

  • Giving & receiving better quality referrals – start earning from your membership ASAP
  • Effective 1-1s - building great relationships with your fellow members
  • Introducing your contacts to the chapter
  • Working with your fellow members as a powerful business team

To gain maximum benefit members must attend this session within 6 weeks of joining. Existing members will also benefit greatly from re-attending.

This event is for you if you want more effective GAINS One to Ones that improve the quality of the referrals you pass and receive, helping you make the most out of your BNI membership

We will cover;

  • Getting clarity on your own goals
  • The GAINS sheet and how to use it effectively
  • Start to develop an action plan that will send your credibility through the roof

 

Please note this is an interactive session that takes you through a process of identifying what you want to achieve this year and the best ways to make that happen. You will have time in breakout rooms to work through some of the content together.
